The practice employs approximately 72 staff.
In addition to the 6 GP Partners we have:
8 salaried GPs,
Up to 3 GP Trainees at any one time
3 Nurse Practitioners, (for minor illness)
1 Physician Associate, (for minor illness)
I Paramedic, ( home visits)
2 Practice Pharmacists ( medication matters)
3 Treatment Room Nurses
3 Chronic Disease Nurses
1 Nurse specialising in the care of the Elderly
The Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager lead a team of reception, administrative, secretarial, facilities, finance, IT, summarising and coding staff.
We provide apprenticeships for 2 or 3 apprentices, at any one time, on 2 year training programs.

A suggestion box is sited in the waiting room if you have a suggestion for improving the service or any comments to make. The practice has a complaints procedure, so in the unlikely event that you wish to raise an issue, please address correspondence to the Assistant Practice Manager
Our reception team led by Kirstin Ling and Mel Parker have been specially trained and are here to help patients in any way possible. Should any patient feel they need to speak confidentially to a receptionist please say so, we can arrange a private place in which to do this. The mornings are extremely busy, if you have a non-urgent query please phone during the afternoon.
Our administrative and secretarial teamwork hard behind the scenes to ensure that patient registrations, records, referrals and documents are kept up to date and are handled as effeciently and quickly as possible.
