The Business and Operations Managers lead a team of reception, administrative, secretarial, facilities, finance, IT, summarising and coding staff.
We provide apprenticeships for 2 or 3 apprentices, at any one time, on 2 year training programs.

Reception
Our reception team led by Lizzie Davenport and Mel Parker have been specially trained and are here to help patients in any way possible. Should any patient feel they need to speak confidentially to a receptionist please say so, we can arrange a private place in which to do this. The mornings are extremely busy, if you have a non-urgent query please phone during the afternoon. Our administrative and secretarial teamwork hard behind the scenes to ensure that patient registrations, records, referrals and documents are kept up to date and are handled as effeciently and quickly as possible. |
